Workshop discipline

Structural integrity starts on the shop floor

Our fabrication work focuses on sheet metal forming, frame alignment, and chassis squareness. Each stage is checked by hand and by measurement before the body moves on, so panels sit true and the structure holds its geometry over long routes.

We pay close attention to the wear points that matter over distance: frame joints, panel seams, and mounting areas that see vibration and load for years of service.

How a body is built

Four stages from chassis to finish

01

Chassis inspection

We check the chassis and mounting points against the vehicle requirements before any fabrication begins.

02

Frame fabrication

Structural members are cut, formed, and welded, then checked for alignment against the reference layout.

03

Panel fitting

Side and roof panels are fitted and adjusted so seams, openings, and surfaces line up consistently.

04

Finishing

Final panels, surfaces, and details are completed and inspected before the body leaves the workshop.
